Reno Sportsdome Updated Policies & Protocols

Reno Sportsdome has created a walk-thru video of our updated policies and protocols. This video can be found on our YouTube channel: Reno Sportsdome or by clicking the link below.

Cleaning Procedures:

As always, our primary concern will be the health and safety of our staff, members, and community. In an effort to make our facility even safer, we are implementing additional sanitizing protocols and safety measures including but not limited to:

  • Operating at 50% Capacity
  • New Entrance/Exit Protocols & Social Distancing Protocols
  • Additional hand washing & hand sanitizer stations conveniently located throughout the building
  • Frequent and increased sanitation of equipment and facility

Employees:

All employees have received manuals and have been trained on sanitation and PPE protocols. Employees will be screened prior to their shift and will be required to wear PPE.

With health and safety as our top priority, the above rules may be modified as needed.

Cleaning Procedures:

Sportsdome will use cleaning products and protocols which meet the established EPA and County/State/Federal Health Department guidelines and are approved for use against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne pathogens.

The frequency of sanitizing and disinfecting all public and private spaces will be increased. High-touch contact areas which include door handles, furniture, railings, and light switches, player benches, glass, and all bathroom fixtures will be increased.

Shared tools and equipment such as spray bottles, telephones, computer keyboards, office equipment, POS system, and payment terminals will be sanitized before, during, and after a shift or anytime the equipment is used.

Before, during, and after games/rentals/classes, we will clean and sanitize tabletops, chairs, and common touch areas.
