At Swift Sportsdome in Reno, youth soccer is a year-round sport thanks to our indoor facilities. Our programs cater to kids from U5 to U11, offering balanced gameplay that boosts skills and confidence. Ideal for beginners and skilled players alike, our co-ed leagues up to U7 promote an inclusive environment. Virtually all games are scheduled on weekends, making it easy for Reno families to participate and support their young athletes. League Questions
How do we register for Youth Indoor Soccer if my child has never played before?
To register your child for the Youth Indoor Soccer Leagues at Swift Sports Dome, begin by creating a DaySmart account if you’re new to our facilities.
Once you have a DaySmart account, you can sign up your child for the desired league by clicking on the “Register” button in the upcoming leagues section above, ensuring registration is still open and the deadline has not passed.
What forms need to be completed if I'm a new coach?
All coaches must complete and submit both a background check form and our coaches code of conduct form.
How many seasons of youth soccer does Swift Sportsdome offer?
Swift Sportsdome offers three seasons of youth soccer: Winter 1, Winter 2, and Summer. Each season is designed to provide young players with continuous opportunities to develop their skills, enjoy competitive play, and stay active throughout the year.
What equipment is required for youth soccer?
Flat bottom shoes (no cleats), long socks and shin guards are required. Jerseys will be provided by Swift Sportsdome.
What days are games?
Most games are held on Saturdays/Sundays. However, there may be occasional weekday games.
Can my child play up in age?
Yes, players can play up in age just not down. Sportsdome age cutoff for soccer goes by birth year. Please refer to the registration for official cutoff dates.
Can my child play on multiple teams?
Players can only play on 1 team per division. If you play on multiple teams in different divisions, you will need to pay the registration fee for each team.
