A thrilling new era of youth basketball in Reno has arrived! We are proud to announce that our league is now an official Jr. NBA program, with play hosted at both the brand-new NevDex SportsLab and Swift Sportsdome.
Serving athletes from Kindergarten through 8th grade, our program combines the excitement of the NBA with a commitment to player development. We utilize a mandatory 90-minute evaluation session to place players on teams based on age and skill level, ensuring balanced competition and a supportive environment for every child.
As part of the Jr. NBA experience, every player suits up in an official NBA team jersey for practices and games. We remain dedicated to inclusivity with guaranteed playtime, a minimum of 8 games, and 8 hours of team practices, all culminating in a championship playoff tournament. It’s a dynamic, skill-focused experience designed to help young athletes grow, compete, and love the game.

How do we register for Youth Basketball if my child has never played before?
To register your child for the Youth Basketball Leagues at Swift Sports Dome, begin by creating a DaySmart account if you’re new to our facilities.
Once you have a DaySmart account, you can sign up your child for the desired league by clicking on the “Register” button in the upcoming leagues section above, ensuring registration is still open and the deadline has not passed.
What forms need to be completed if I'm a new coach?
All coaches must complete and submit both a background check form and our coaches code of conduct form.
Do I need to fill out and sign a waiver for my child before the start of the season?
Yes, a waiver must be filled out for each child. The waiver can be found here.
