Our refund policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind for all participants, ensuring you can adjust your plans with ease if needed.
Refund Policy
Swift Sportsdome Refund Policy:
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to info@swiftsportsdome.com
More than 7 days before the registration deadline: Full 100% refund.
Less than 7 days before the registration deadline: Full 100% credit towards future programs.
Program cancellations by Swift Sportsdome: Full refund will be provided
Once a player has participated in practices or games, a refund will not be issued.
In the event of illness/injury or serious extenuating circumstances, a written request may be submitted for consideration. Decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Swift Sportsdome management and must be supported by appropriate documentation.
Refunds by credit card are issued minus the 3% credit card processing fee.
No refunds will be made for suspensions or dismissal for cause.
Important Credit Information:
Credits can only be applied to future programs and cannot be used for other types of purchases.
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of the original program.
If you withdraw due to illness or injury after the program begins, your fee will be prorated, and you will receive a credit for a future program.
Refund and Credit Requests:
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing and emailed to a Swift Sportsdome or Soccer Sprouts representative.
No refunds are offered for missed classes or games.
Soccer Sprouts Specific Policies:
No refunds will be issued after week 3 of the season
Prior to week 3, refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining sessions. If classes are postponed or canceled due to weather, emergency, facility protocol, or government regulations, you will receive a credit for the missed class.
Up to 2 makeup classes are allowed per 8-week session. Makeup classes do not carry over to the next session.
Pet Policy:
To help maintain a clean, safe, and allergy-friendly environment, pets are not allowed inside Swift Sportsdome facilities. As an enclosed indoor facility we aim to reduce potential distractions and allergy risks for all guests.
Only service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please note that emotional support animals and therapy animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.
