Soccer Sprouts Questions
How do we register for Soccer Sprouts if my child has never attended before?
To sign up your child for Soccer Sprouts classes at Swift Sportsdome, start by creating a DaySmart account if you’re new to our facilities. Once you have an account, simply click the “Register” button in the upcoming classes section above to enroll your child, ensuring registration is open and before the deadline passes.
How long are classes?
All Soccer Sprouts classes are 45 minutes long. Parents are required to stay in the building during class and close to the practice field. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please check in at our designated table before each class.
Are shin guards required?
Shin guards are required for Sequoias (8-10 yrs.), Junipers classes (6-7 Years), Buckeyes classes (5-7 years), and Redwoods (5-6 Beginners) classes. Tall soccer socks must cover the shin guards. Shin guards are NOT necessary for our Seeds, Seedlings, Buds, Aspens, & Saplings classes (classes for under 5 years of age). However, younger players may wear shin guards if parents prefer.
Can we attend more than one class?
Unless you are registered for more than one class, the class you have registered for is the only class you should attend regardless of whether the same class is held at another date and time
What is the yearly membership fee?
This required for all new participants to Soccer Sprouts. Your paid membership will get your child a jersey on the first day of class. This is an annual membership fee.Β You will NOT receive a new jersey at the beginning of every new season.

What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring water for your child. They will be given water breaks. Children may bring their own ball. Otherwise, we will supply house balls.
SIZE 3 Ball β Ages 18 Mos- 7 Years
SIZE 4 Ball- Ages 8-10 Years
Comfortable, athletic clothing. Please have your child wear tennis shoes or turf shoes. Cleats areΒ NOT ALLOWED.Β Boots, ballet flats, open toed shoes, and sandals are not allowed. Your child must be wearing shoes to participate in class.
Children are discouraged from bringing toys or any personal possessions into class.
Do I need to fill out and sign a waiver for my child before the start of the first class?
Yes, a waiver must be filled out for each child. The waiver can be found here.
Are makeup classes offered?
Makeup classes are limited to two classes per session. Makeup classes must be scheduled with our director. Please emailΒ sprouts@renodome.com
